Register an Account

Step-1 :
Open FoxCloud 2.0 APP and click "Register".

Step-2 :
Select your region and language.

Step-3 :
Read Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions and click "Agree & Continue".

Step-4 :

Select the role that matches your responsibilities.

For a new end user, select "Owner".

Step-5 :
Fill in the required information and click "Submit" to complete registration.

Sign In

Enter your email or username and password, and click privacy agreement to sign in.
If you have just completed registration, the system will automatically fill in your account credentials and accept the privacy policy.

Add Devices

Step-1 : Click "Add Devices"

The system will automatically create a plant for end users named "[Username]'s Home". Users only need to add their devices.

Step-2 :
Wait for the system to search for devices
You can also scan the QR code on your device or enter the SN manually.

Step-3 :
Once the search is complete, click "Add Devices".

Step-4 :
Select the device (s) that you want to connect to the network and click "Next".

Step-5 :
Select Wi-Fi, enter password and click "Connect".

Add a Smart Meter for Balcony Battery

Step-1 : Click "Set up" to begin pairing a smart meter with the balcony battery.

Step-2 :
Select a meter brand and click "Confirm".

Step-3 :
Add the smart meter successfully and click "Finish".

Battery Reserve Capacity When there is a grid connection, battery discharging will cease when reaching this value. System Min SOC You can optionally set this value lower than the battery reserve capacity in order to retain capacity in the event of a power outage.

Self-Use mode Optimize self-sufﬁciency, reduce reliance on grid energy. Feed In
Priority mode Prioritize feed-in(export) to beneﬁt from export tariffs. Back Up mode Suitable for areas with unstable power grid. Peak Shaving mode Suitable for avoiding peak demand charges for grid consumed energy.

Step 1

Open APN Settings

Open the FoxCloud App and go to the corresponding plant.

Find the Data Logger you want to configure in the device list and open the device details.

Tap Settings to enter APN Settings.

Note:

If there is only one unconfigured 4G data logger in the plant, an APN Setting shortcut will also appear on the Plant page. Tap it to go directly to APN Settings.

Step 2

Set the APN

After entering the page, Reading will be displayed while the app connects to the data logger via Bluetooth and reads the APN.

For the first connection, follow the system prompts to allow FoxCloud to use Bluetooth and complete pairing.

If the APN is read successfully:

The current APN will be displayed. Check whether the APN is correct.

If the APN is correct, no changes are needed.

If the APN is incorrect, enter the correct APN manually or select it from the APN list based on the information provided by your SIM card carrier.

If the APN cannot be read:

Retry reading the APN, enter it manually, or select the correct APN from the APN list.
If you are unsure which APN to use, contact your SIM card carrier.

Note:

The APN list is displayed based on the country/region of your phone's time zone. Make sure your phone's time zone is set automatically.

Step 3

Submit the Settings

Make sure the APN information is correct, then tap Submit.

Wait for the success message. The APN setup is now complete.

Step 4

Check the Connection

After the setup is complete, the data logger will use the configured APN to connect to the 4G network. Return to the device page and check the device status. When the device shows Online, the data logger is successfully connected and communicating normally.

Still can't connect?

Make sure the SIM card is activated and has an active data plan, the APN information is correct, and the 4G signal is available. If the issue persists, contact your installer or technical support.
