Fox ESS is hereby reminding you: Please completely read and understand the Terms of Service before using the services provided by www.foxesscloud.com. You may choose not to use the services of www.foxesscloud.com, but if you use the services of www.foxesscloud.com, your usage behavior will be deemed to be an acknowledgment of the entire content of this Terms of Service Statement. Fox ESS is the obligee of the intellectual property rights of Fox ESS CLOUD. All the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of Fox ESS CLOUD, and all the information content related to Fox ESS CLOUD (including but not limited to text, pictures, videos, charts, interface designs, related data or electronic documents etc.) are protected by your local laws and regulations and corresponding international treaties, and Fox ESS enjoys the above intellectual property rights. Without the permission of Fox ESS, no one is allowed to use the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to illegal copying, dissemination, display, mirroring, etc.). Otherwise, Fox ESS will investigate the legal liability according to laws.
Under the premise of getting your consent, Fox ESS CLOUD will provide you with the following services including but not limited to:
2.1 Registration and cancellation of your account. You can register and use Fox ESS CLOUD in the homepage. To cancel your account, please log in and cancel your account in My - Account Edit.
2.2 Monitoring service. You can create a charging station through Fox ESS CLOUD and bind your equipment to the charging station. In Fox ESS CLOUD, you can see real-time data, fault information, etc. of the charging station/equipment.
2.3 Reporting service. You can export the data of your charging station, equipment or fault through the Reporting function of Fox ESS CLOUD, which will facilitate your data analysis.
2.4 Message notification function. After you have enabled the notification function, Fox ESS CLOUD may send the notification messages, such as alarm notifications, etc. to the mobile phone number or email you provided when registering.
As one part of the service, in order to protect the private information you provide to us, we observe the Privacy Policy Statement of Fox ESS CLOUD.
1) This software is unable to guarantee that the data is completely correct, and doesn't guarantee that it is fully compatible with any other software, hardware, and system, and doesn't guarantee that there are no problems with the software.
2) Fox ESS doesn't assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or quality of the information, documents, indication results and earnings information provided.
3) Fox ESS doesn't assume any responsibility for any losses caused by telecommunications systems, network failures, computer failures or viruses or other system problems, or any force majeure.
The user expressly agrees that the risks associated with the use of the online services of this software will be entirely borne by the user; all consequences arising from the use of the online services of the software will be borne by the user, and Fox ESS does not bear any responsibility to the user.
Our services are not applicable to individuals under the age of 18.We will not intentionally collect personal information of minors for any purpose. If we find that we have collected the personal information about such users under our unknown circumstance, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
We may update or revise the Terms of this Service Statement from time to time, and these revisions form part of the Terms of Service Statement and have the same effect as this Terms of Service Statement. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under this Terms of Service Statement.
